Enrico has extensive experience working in the consumer goods sector of Africa and other emerging markets, as well as the developed markets of Europe, America and Australia.
In directing the company, he draws on his most recent corporate experience as Regional Managing Director: Africa for Revlon-Elizabeth Arden and prior to that, Managing Director and Vice President of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices in Southern Africa.
Enrico has also worked with Procter & Gamble in Italy; Reckitt Benckiser in Africa, Middle East and Pakistan; Bob Martin in Africa and Australia and Johnson & Johnson in Europe, USA and Africa.
He has had particular success in the field of restructuring and expanding businesses and leading increasingly profit and cash generating operations
He has significant experience leading major new product launches in diverse sectors; managing new market start-ups; managing major retail, supply chain, packaging and distribution projects; developing innovative web, digital and ecommerce projects; and leading major governance overhaul projects in various countries.
He has served on multiple global category boards in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Lara spent the majority of her corporate years working as a media strategist on a variety of accounts, including some of the biggest advertising accounts in South Africa such as MTN and SAB.
Her role included liaising with media owners, and planning and investing the marketing budget across all media types, from above the line to digital. During this time Lara also facilitated training workshops to help clients understand the intricacies of media and research.
Her final stint in media saw her take up the position of Media Director at Initiative Media, where she oversaw the media team and personally managed the Investec account.
As director of Accelerated Value Generation, Lara draws on this wealth of industry experience, as well as lessons learnt working in the European art sector and later, the South African health and wellness industry.
